Kemal has spent his career at the intersection of law, economics, and public service, and he brings that same thoughtful, thorough approach to every client who walks through his door.

A licensed attorney with a Ph.D. in Economics, Kemal's background is as wide-ranging as it is deep. On the global stage, he has worked in antitrust and competition law with the Turkish Competition Authority, the FTC, the North Carolina DOJ, and Walmart's legal department, advising on regulatory compliance, investigations, and cross-border matters. Closer to home, he has spent years serving the local community. Guiding immigrant families through the U.S. immigration system and helping individuals and small businesses navigate contracts with confidence.

Kemal  is also an experienced mandamus attorney who takes decisive action when government agencies sit on a case: when USCIS or another federal agency lets an application languish, Kemal goes to federal court to compel a decision and put an end to the silence. He also brings meticulous attention to legal documents and agreements, reviewing and drafting with rigor.

 

Outside the office, Kemal is a husband and a father of three. Family is at the center of his life, and it shapes how he practices law, with patience, accountability, and a genuine investment in the people he represents.
